Larraine is a retired CA State Peace Officer (member of CA Correctional Peace Officers Association). Larraine holds a NAR designation in Senior Real Estate Specialist – SRES and has completed the Accredited Buyers Representative – ABR course and the Graduate Realtor Institute – GRI designation. As a member of the CAR, she is also in the process of earning another designation – Risk Management Specialist.

Larraine earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Industrial Communications & Public Relations from St. Paul College, Manila and Behavioral Science from CA State University, San Bernardino, CA. She is a Notary Public, certified Loan Signing Agent and a Life Agent.

GRI Graduate REALTOR Institute

Members involved in residential real estate who want a solid base of information for their practice will want to participate in the REALTOR® Institute program and earn the GRI designation.

The Risk Management Specialist™ Program helps REALTORS® and brokers protect their bottom lines. The RMS™ Program is a cutting-edge certification, created by local real estate and legal experts, to help REALTORS® enhance their industry knowledge, execute better transactions and reduce their exposure to risk. The foundation of the RMS™ certification is the completion of courses that focus on risk mitigation.
