Larraine is a retired CA State Peace Officer (member of CA Correctional Peace Officers Association). Her passion to serve and protect the public with utmost integrity in every area of her profession is evident in her continued education in Risk Management, Financial Planning, Real Estate designations and Residential/Commercial Financing. It is her mission to place clients in their first home and help the savvy investors build wealth.

Larraine holds a NAR designation in Senior Real Estate Specialist – SRES and has completed the Accredited Buyers Representative – ABR course and the Graduate Realtor Institute – GRI designation. As a member of the CAR, she is also in the process of earning another designation – Risk Management Specialist.

Larraine earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Industrial Communications & Public Relations from St. Paul College, Manila and Behavioral Science from CA State University, San Bernardino, CA. She is a Notary Public, certified Loan Signing Agent and a Life Agent.

GRI Graduate REALTOR Institute

Members involved in residential real estate who want a solid base of information for their practice will want to participate in the REALTOR® Institute program and earn the GRI designation.

The Risk Management Specialist™ Program helps REALTORS® and brokers protect their bottom lines. The RMS™ Program is a cutting-edge certification, created by local real estate and legal experts, to help REALTORS® enhance their industry knowledge, execute better transactions and reduce their exposure to risk.
