Larraine is a Broker/Owner of the Empress Group, Inc, Vice –President of Critical Mass Property Services, Inc. A member of the California Association of Realtors (C.A.R.), National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.) and San Diego Association of Realtors (SDAR).
Larraine is a retired CA State Peace Officer (member of CA Correctional Peace Officers Association). Her passion to serve and protect the public with utmost integrity in every area of her profession is evident in her continued education in Risk Management, Financial Planning, Real Estate designations and Residential/Commercial Financing. It is her mission to place clients in their first home and help the savvy investors build wealth.
Larraine holds a NAR designation in Senior Real Estate Specialist – SRES and has completed the Accredited Buyers Representative – ABR course and the Graduate Realtor Institute – GRI designation. As a member of the CAR, she is also in the process of earning another designation – Risk Management Specialist.
Larraine earned her Bachelors of Arts Degree in Industrial Communications & Public Relations from St. Paul College, Manila and Behavioral Science from CA State University, San Bernardino, CA. She is a Notary Public, certified Loan Signing Agent and a Life Agent.
Connie is a Realtor and Loan Officer
for Empress Group, Inc. She is a member of the California Association
of Realtors (C.A.R.), National Association of Realtors (N.A.R.) and the
San Diego Association of Realtors (S.D.A.R.).
Connie has presented training on several legal and real estate subjects
to Realtors. She also provides general legal services including those
for investment property owners and landlords pertaining to collection
matters.
Connie earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and
a was an honor's college graduate of the University of San Diego. She
is also a Certified Mediator.
Connie is also a talented entertainer. She is currently on the Board
Member of Asian Story Theater for whom she also performs musicals.
